What type of environment do you work in?
I work in a vehicle repair centre (shop) as well as in my office.

What does a typical day in your job entail?
My job is quite varied and no two days are the same. I order parts, schedule, do shop maintenance, customer service, office management, automotive repair, and equipment maintenance & repair.

What do you like the most about your job?
I get a sense of accomplishment with every completed repair.

What do you think someone should do to prepare for a career in the automotive sector?
Having a natural aptitude for this type of work is helpful, however finding a good repair facility to apprentice at and being properly prepared with the right education is a must.

What do you think about the future of the automotive sector?
I think the largest influence in the industry will be technology, such as electric vehicles and on-board electronics.
