Promote Careers @ Vancouver International Auto Show 2018

BC Auto Careers will be back exhibiting and showcasing automotive careers at the upcoming 2018 Vancouver International Auto Show, which returns to the Vancouver Convention Centre March 28th-April 2nd.

BC Auto Careers, in partnership with the Industry Training Authority (ITA) will demonstrate the careers available within the automotive sector through a series of interactive online tools and displays, presentations – as well as having career professionals and companies on-site to represent the automotive sector.

We are inviting automotive industry members to join us at the event to be a part of our exhibit to help us promote the sector and careers available, and help you promote your company and recruit talent to an over 100,000 person attended show.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for your business to be showcased. Gain exposure to over 100,000 attendees, helps us promote the opportunities in BC’s automotive industry and connect with the community.
We are inviting automotive employers in B.C. to join us at the show to represent and promote the automotive industry! 
Showcase what it is like to work in the industry, showcase the types of careers and job opportunities
Get up close and personal with potential future talent! 

What Does It Cost?

Spaces are open to all BC Automotive Employers at a cost of $175.00 each

For ARA and NCDA members, participation at the Auto Show is FREE! Connect with your ARA or NCDA representative for the promo code to use to book your space free.

Additional costs to you will be the cost of your transportation to and from the event, parking costs, meals, and human resources.

How do I book?

Choose the date.

Choose the time slot. 

Each slot represents one space in the show. There are two employer spaces per time slot.

Feel free to book multiple days. Just add them to your cart and check out.

Once you are registered, a confirmation email will be sent to confirm your time and date. As well, an exhibitor kit will be sent to you outlining the requirements leading up to the show, the logistics for the day of the show, and additional information.

What Is Provided By BC Auto Careers?

The Following Is Included When Participating:

> Podium and space for a pop-up banner within the exhibit space

> Free exhibitor access to the exhibit space

> Social media mention(s) and promotions leading up to and during the show

> Profile of exhibition on the BC Auto Careers website

> Inclusion of follow-up marketing and PR at the show

What Do You Need To Bring?

The Following Is Asked Of You For Your Participation:

> Roll-up / Pop Up banner of your organization – no larger than 3’-4’ in width

> Promotional materials to give away, including rack cards, swag or brochures

> Staffing for the booth during your scheduled time

> Looped presentations, videos or showcasing your companies website on a laptop is recommended as forms of promotions – no TVs or large displays allowed

> Excitement to promote automotive careers

Wifi can be made available for an extra fee. Please inquire and we can coordinate it for you.
